Main purpose:

It is used for solid solid slurry mixing of pesticides, veterinary drugs, food, chemicals, biology, aquaculture, ceramics, refractories, plastics and compound fertilizers. It is also especially suitable for the mixing of viscous materials.

working principle:

The machine rotates the S-type stirring paddle through mechanical transmission to push the materials to flip back and forth and mix evenly. The operation adopts electrical control, which can set the mixing time, automatically stop at that time, and electric dumping, so as to improve the mixing quality of each batch of materials and achieve high uniformity.

Discharging method:

(1) Powder material: pneumatic large door structure;

(2) Manual butterfly valve or pneumatic butterfly valve shall be used for high fineness materials;

How to use:

(1) When the equipment is running, no hard foreign matter greater than 5mm shall enter the machine, otherwise it shall be shut down and eliminated.

(2) For solid-liquid mixing, it shall be operated first and then sprayed. After spraying, continue to operate and mix for 3 ~ 5 minutes.

(3) The mixing time of primary materials is generally about 5 ~ 8 minutes. The mixing time of special materials needs to be determined by user test.

(4) The particle size of the mixed material is 20 ~ 1400 mesh; The liquid injection volume can be determined according to the adsorption performance of materials and the production process requirements of users.

(5) The lubricating oil of reducer and bearing shall be changed regularly during use. The lubrication of the reducer shall be carried out according to the requirements of the reducer manual.

(6) The shaft end seal adopts packing seal. The sealing material is generally oil immersed asbestos. If a small amount of leakage is found during use, the compression bolts of the box cover shall be tightened and filled.
